This rear suspension setup is designed for the Silverado 1500 2X4 AND 4X4 GMT800-900 for 1999-2013 years. Featuring 18” of usable travel (19” metal to metal) this setup maintains the stock fuel tank and will fit with the truck bed (trimming required for towers and bed cage). You can run up to a 3.0” by 18” stroke coilover and comes with all the plates to truss and link your stock 10bolt rear end assembly.
This Cutfile pack includes the following: Shock Towers, Chassis Lower Link Mounts, Chassis Upper Link Mounts, Rear Sway Bar Mounts, Trac/Panhard Bar Mounts, Bump Stop Mounts, Housing Truss, Housing Bump Mounts, Housing Shock Mounts, Housing Trac/Panhard Bar Mounts, and Housing Sway Bar Mounts.
This Data Pack also includes an WPO that guides you with the fabrication and setup on the chasssis including link lengths and how/when to locate the items onto the chassis.
PTF (Plasma Table Friendly) - This means that the component is designed with no bends, all flat plate. This makes the cutting and assembly very easy for anyone with a plasma table. Specific steps are required (follow the WPO) to ensure the strength is kept with this component.
